We've created a smarter, more efficient way to build homes.
Unfold creates a 482-square-foot modular home that folds compactly to fit within a 40-foot shipping container. Our patent-pending folding technology allows the home to be set up on-site in under 3 hours. We’re establishing a manufacturing facility in China, where we have access to a robust supply chain and skilled labor at competitive costs. Unfold is the first company capable of manufacturing homes that meet on-site building standards in china and can be folded for container shipping. Our modular designs also allow for easy connection and stacking, making it possible to construct both single-family and multi-family homes.
